My favorite street food
Since I was a child I was anxiously waiting for it to rain, I loved listening to the sound of the raindrops as well as being able to stay at home because of the torrential rains, but undoubtedly my favorite moment was when they prepared sopaipillas.
The sopaipillas is a fried dough which is created by mixing flour and cooked pumpkin, this mixture is created by kneading these two ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous dough, which will be separated into small parts that will be flattened and then fried.
These can be accompanied with many things, such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, honey, avocado, tomato, etc., but undoubtedly the best way to serve them is to add a little bit of tomato.
but without a doubt, the best accompaniment is a good pebre.
This is not a food that you can eat every day, because being a fried food has a considerable amount of oil, but eating them occasionally does not cause major problems. It is also a food that you can buy anywhere, from outside the subway to some bakeries. The important thing is to know how much you are eating, more than the calories they have.
